A message dated April 20, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 420(FIN)(efd pfld) with the following amendment and                
it is transmitted for consideration:                                           
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 420(L&C)                                  
"An Act relating to tourism marketing contracts; and providing for
